If one or more Red Cards are issued during a game, or a Coach is asked by the referee to leave a game, the cards of the offending player(s) and/or coach(s) shall be kept by the referee and forwarded along with a game report in the next days US Mail to the designated CWSL official at this address…

The referee should also email a copy of the report to Lauri Millot at millot5@charter.net within 24 hours of the incident. Lauri Millot will determine and communicate the appropriate sanctions to the Teams Coach, and the Club Team Representative. Upon verification that the sanction has been completed, the card(s) will be retuned to the coach via US Mail or any other agreed upon method.
