Red Card Procedures If one or more red cards are issued during a game or a coach is asked by the referee to leave a game, the cards of the offending player(s) and/or coach(s) shall be kept by the referee and forwarded along with a game report in the next day’s U.S. Mail to the designated Central Wisconsin Soccer League Official, Howard Hoffman. The referee should also e-mail or fax a copy of the report to Howard Hoffman within 24 hours of the incident. Howard Hoffman will determine and communicate the appropriate sanctions to the team’s coach and to the Club’s League representative. Upon verification that the sanction has been completed, the card(s) will be returned to the coach via U.S. Mail or any other agreed upon method.
